One of our prestigious clients is looking for an experienced Store Manager to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 110,000 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product merchandising.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze store performance to maximize profitability.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and security standards.
• Train and develop staff to improve sales performance and customer service.
• Coordinate promotional activities and support marketing initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or in a retail supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
