One of our prestigious clients in Qatar is looking for an experienced HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment) to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and manage Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs.

• Lead the HSE department and ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all operations.

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure compliance with local legislation and international HSE standards and best practices.

• Develop and deliver HSE training programs, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns.

• Monitor HSE performance, analyze safety data, and prepare reports for senior management.

• Oversee emergency preparedness, response planning, and crisis management activities.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and environmental performance.

• Foster a strong safety culture by promoting employee engagement and accountability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• Professional HSE certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager or in a senior HSE leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations and international standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HSE management systems.

• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
