One of our prestigious clients in Qatar is looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor (Health, Safety & Environment) to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and monitor daily Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities to ensure a safe working environment.

• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and local HSE regulations.

• Monitor the implementation of safe work practices and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.

• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing HSE awareness programs.

• Maintain HSE records, reports, permits, and inspection documentation.

• Coordinate with site teams to identify and eliminate workplace hazards.

• Support emergency preparedness activities and participate in emergency response drills.

• Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure all employees follow HSE procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification will be an added advantage.

• Previous experience as an HSE Supervisor in construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or industrial projects.

• Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to supervise multiple work activities while maintaining high safety standards.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
