One of our prestigious clients in Qatar is looking for an experienced HSE Officer (Health, Safety & Environment) to join their team immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures at the workplace.

Conduct routine safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
-
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, client requirements, and local regulations.
-
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
-
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees.
-
Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
-
Maintain HSE records, reports, permits, and other safety documentation.
-
Assist in emergency response planning and participate in emergency drills.
-
Report unsafe conditions and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification will be an added advantage.

Previous experience as an HSE Officer in construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or industrial projects.

Good knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
