One of our prestigious clients in Qatar is looking for an experienced Lead - HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) to join their team immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and oversee the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across all project activities.

Supervise and guide the HSE team to ensure compliance with company and client safety standards.

Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
-
Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and international HSE standards.
-
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
-
Develop and deliver HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and safety awareness initiatives.
-
Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
-
Prepare and review HSE reports, statistics, and performance indicators for management.
-
Coordinate emergency response plans, drills, and crisis management activities.
-
Promote and maintain a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification is preferred.
-
Proven experience in a Lead HSE or Senior HSE role within construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or industrial projects.

Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk management, and international safety standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HSE reporting systems.
-
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
