One of our reputed clients is looking for creative and proactive Social Media Operators to manage and grow their digital presence. The role involves handling all social media platforms while coordinating closely with the design and content team to ensure engaging and consistent brand communication.

SALARY: LKR 55,000 – 65,000 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and handle all company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create high-quality content.
• Monitor messages, comments, and customer interactions across platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
• Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies.
• Stay updated with social media trends and implement creative ideas.
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns and promotions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media handling or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of content planning and analytics tools is an advantage.
