One of our reputed clients is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join their team in Colombo. This role involves handling both in-store customers and online inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales performance.

SALARY: LKR 45,000 – 55,000 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent in-store service.
• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and online platforms.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to improve customer experience.
• Ensure timely responses to online customer inquiries.
• Support sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Ability to handle both in-store and online customers efficiently.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
• Willingness to learn and improve customer service skills.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
