One of our reputed clients is looking for skilled and motivated Associate Support Specialists / Support Specialists – Video Contact Center to join their growing technical support team. This role involves providing end-to-end technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of customer systems in a global environment.


SALARY: Negotiable


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support and resolve issues related to deployed systems and applications.
  • Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve support tickets within defined turnaround times.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical issues.
  • Work closely with Support Leads and Product Development teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Support systems deployed at global customer sites through remote sessions or coordination with onsite engineers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and support activities.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of systems in contact center production environments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand issues and provide solutions.
  • Participate in flexible work schedules to support global time zones (India & USA).
  • Travel internationally when required for support-related activities.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of systems, tools, and technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Java and/or .NET technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Linux environments.
  • Experience with Web & Application Servers (Tomcat, IIS).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills including log analysis and root cause identification.
  • Experience in Contact Center environments is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CTI, IVR, PBX, or Agent Desktop applications is a plus.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in industries such as Banking or Telecommunications is preferred.
