One of our reputed clients is looking for skilled and motivated Associate Support Specialists / Support Specialists – Video Contact Center to join their growing technical support team. This role involves providing end-to-end technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of customer systems in a global environment.
SALARY: Negotiable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to deployed systems and applications.
- Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve support tickets within defined turnaround times.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical issues.
- Work closely with Support Leads and Product Development teams to resolve complex issues.
- Support systems deployed at global customer sites through remote sessions or coordination with onsite engineers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and support activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of systems in contact center production environments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand issues and provide solutions.
- Participate in flexible work schedules to support global time zones (India & USA).
- Travel internationally when required for support-related activities.
- Continuously improve knowledge of systems, tools, and technologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Java and/or .NET technologies.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with Web & Application Servers (Tomcat, IIS).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Strong troubleshooting skills including log analysis and root cause identification.
- Experience in Contact Center environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CTI, IVR, PBX, or Agent Desktop applications is a plus.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in industries such as Banking or Telecommunications is preferred.
