Manpower Sri Lanka is looking for an experienced Technical Draftsman – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery to join a professional team.

The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills and proven experience in interior fit-out and joinery drafting, including shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical construction details.

SALARY: LKR 160,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare detailed technical drawings for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Develop accurate joinery shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Prepare technical construction details, sections, elevations, and layouts.
• Interpret architectural drawings, design concepts, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Incorporate revisions and updates based on project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and technical standards.
• Apply knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and installation methods.
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.
• Support project teams with technical drafting requirements throughout project execution.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out and joinery drafting.
• Advanced AutoCAD skills.
• Proven experience in joinery shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Good knowledge of technical construction details.
• Understanding of joinery materials, finishes, and installation methods.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
