One of our prestigious clients in Sri Lanka is looking for an experienced Channel Development Consultant to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 230,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and business partners.
• Identify new channel opportunities and support business growth strategies.
• Plan and execute channel development activities to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor partner performance and provide necessary support.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve channel effectiveness.
• Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in channel development, sales, or business development.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
