One of our prestigious clients in Sri Lanka is looking for enthusiastic Junior Call Center Executives to join their team immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet daily call handling and service quality targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
- G.C.E. Advanced Level completed (Diploma or higher qualification is an advantage).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
