One of our prestigious clients in the Maldives is looking for experienced Admins to join their team immediately.
SALARY: USD 800 (Approx. LKR 240,000)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily administrative functions and office operations.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
- Assist with coordination between departments and management.
- Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and handle correspondence.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Provide support to HR and finance teams when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate and work in island settings.
- Experience in hospitality or resort administration is a plus.
