One of our prestigious clients in the Maldives is looking for experienced Admins to join their team immediately.


SALARY: USD 800 (Approx. LKR 240,000)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage daily administrative functions and office operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
  • Assist with coordination between departments and management.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and handle correspondence.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
  • Provide support to HR and finance teams when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in island settings.
  • Experience in hospitality or resort administration is a plus.
