One of our prestigious clients in the Maldives is looking for experienced General Managers to join their team immediately.
SALARY: USD 1800 (Approx. LKR 540,000)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, supervise, and train team members across departments.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability.
- Handle relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Implement standard operating procedures and quality controls.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Prepare regular performance, financial, and operations reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality or resort sector.
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, or relevant field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken & written).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to relocate and adapt to island life.
- Experience in team development and staff training.
