One of our prestigious clients in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is urgently looking for experienced Junior Copywriters to join their growing team.

SALARY: LKR 40,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write engaging and clear content for websites, press releases, and marketing materials.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative content ideas.
• Ensure brand consistency across all written communications.
• Conduct basic research to support writing and content accuracy.
• Contribute to internal and client-focused recruitment and HR content.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of press releases and marketing communication.
• Knowledge of content creation for marketing and recruitment purposes.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is an added advantage.
