One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait who is a leading in Printing and Packaging Industry is looking for experienced "Diecut Machine Operator" to join them immediately.

# SALARY : KWD 175  (Avg. Rs. 186,000)

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare the die-cut machine for operation by installing the appropriate cutting dies and adjusting settings, such as pressure, speed, and feed mechanisms.
• Ensure the machine is clean and in good working condition before starting the job.
• Load the raw material (e.g., paper, cardboard, or other substrates) onto the machine's feed mechanism or conveyor system.
• Make sure the material is aligned correctly and secured in place.
• Start and monitor the die-cutting machine during production runs.
• Operate controls to engage the cutting process, adjusting settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect the output to ensure accurate and uniform cuts and shapes, making adjustments as necessary.
• Check finished products for defects, irregularities, or damage, and make corrections or adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Measure and verify product dimensions to ensure they meet specifications.
• Identify and address machine malfunctions, jams, or other issues promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep the machine in optimal working condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating the machine, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Keep accurate records of production output, downtime, material usage, and any quality issues.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on the die-cutting machine, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts.
• Notify maintenance personnel for more complex repairs or servicing needs.
• Coordinate with other team members, such as graphic designers, quality control, and production personnel, to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Suggest process improvements, cost-saving measures, or efficiency enhancements to optimize the die-cutting process and the type of die-cutting equipment being used.
