One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait who is a leading in Printing and Packaging Industry is looking for experienced "Heidelburg Machine Operators (MODEL SM102 SM74)" to join them immediately.

# SALARY : KWD 190  (Avg. Rs. 202,000)

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare the Heidelberg printing press for production runs by installing the appropriate printing plates, adjusting the ink and water settings, and ensuring the correct paper or substrate 
• Calibrate the machine to meet the specific job requirements, such as color registration and ink density.
• Operate the Heidelberg printing  press during production, monitoring the process for quality and consistency.
• Adjust settings and make necessary corrections to maintain print quality, including color accuracy, registration, and ink distribution.
• Monitor the press for any malfunctions or issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that printed materials meet established quality standards and client specifications.
• Make adjustments to the press settings as needed to correct any issues with color, clarity, or alignment.
• Maintain and record quality control data for each job.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts to keep the Heidelberg press in optimal working condition.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical or technical issues that may arise during production.
• Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance with equipment technicians.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and safety checks.

# REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Heidelberg printing  machine operator.
• In-depth knowledge of Heidelberg printing presses and related technology.
• Proficiency in press setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong color management skills for achieving accurate and consistent color output.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality printed materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to printing operations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
