# SALARY : KWD 300  (Avg. Rs. 318,000)


 #ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target industries and clients.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing product knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and upsell additional services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client orders.
  • Present and demonstrate the company's printing and packaging solutions to potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Follow up on sales collection
  • Maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and progress.
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales management team regarding sales targets, achievements, and challenges.

# REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proven track record of success in sales, in the printing and packaging industry.
  • Strong knowledge of printing and packaging processes, materials, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
