One of our prestigious clients experienced in providing industrial solutions is looking for experienced "Manager / Assistant Manager - Business Development" to join their Solar Division immediately.

#Salary - Rs. 80,000 (Negotiable)

#Duties & Responsibilities :

• Crafting annual, monthly, and quarterly sales plans for both individual and corporate clients.

• Collaborating with the core team to achieve ambitious sales targets.

• Compiling crucial data from potential clients and the market, meticulously maintaining records.

• Coordinating and conducting meetings with corporate clients, ensuring effective follow-up.

• Collaborating closely with the technical team throughout the quotation process until insurance cover confirmations are secured.

• Nurturing existing client relationships, efficiently managing portfolios and handling claims on behalf of clients.

• Taking the lead in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team, motivating them to surpass targets.

# Requirements:

• A degree or an equivalent qualification (SLII/CII, SLIM, or CIM) in Insurance, Sales & Marketing is a must.

• MBA or a management related post graduate qualification shall be an added advantage.

• A minimum of 06 years' insurance industry experience within sales and marketing for Manager, 04 years for Assistant Manager. Previous exposure to an Insurance Brokering firm would be advantageous.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with outstanding presentation and communication abilities. Proficiency in English and Sinhala is essential, while proficiency in Tamil would be an added advantage.

• The ability to foster positive relationships with clients and insurance companies alike.

• Proficiency in IT, including familiarity with MS Office, CRM, ERP Systems, and related tools.

• A track record of results-oriented performance, demonstrating the capacity to meet and exceed targets within deadlines.
