ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for the functional correctness of the client's product and solutions.
- Be responsible for the non-functional correctness of the client's product and solutions.
- Architect and evaluate test frameworks and tools.
- Architect the test strategy.
- Design, implement and maintain full automation in SDET department.
- Follow industry standard SDET practices.
- Mentor and lead the team technically and managerially.
- Identify training requirements and plan trainings for the team.
- Follow Agile process.
- On-time delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field/ BSc equivalent qualification with 10+ years experience.
- 8+ years experience in Software Engineering/ SDET.
- Sound knowledge in best SDET practices.
- Well experienced in high performance distributed systems.
- Well experienced in industry standard automation frameworks.
- Experience in development of new automation frameworks to cater specific needs.
- Experience in performance test planning, testing and associated tools.
- Experience in Resiliency/ Fault Tolerance test planning, testing and associated tools.
- Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices.
