One of our prestigious clients is looking for experienced "General Managers - Marketing" to join their team immediately.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote their products and services to target customers.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with their company objectives and ongoing professional development.
• Brand Development: Manage and enhance the company's brand and positioning in the market, ensuring a strong and consistent brand image.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and increase brand awareness.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.
• Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and manage public relations efforts to gain media coverage.
• Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and conferences to promote their solutions and engage with customers.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics for marketing campaigns, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
• Ownership of Marketing Budget: Optimize marketing budget and resources.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or related qualification.
• 10+ Years of work experience in Marketing with a proven record of success leading a Marketing team.
• Prior experience working for MNCs in a similar role.
• Professional Chartered Marketing qualification would be an advantage.
• Experience in dealing with overseas opportunities would be an advantage.
• Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.) and Google AdWords.
• Analytical and creative thinking.
• Excellent leadership and organizing skills.
• Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices.
• Customer oriented approach and aptitude.
