One of our prestigious clients is looking for dynamic, driven, result-oriented, ambitious, and energetic "Client Servicing Executives" to join their International Medical Division team in Colombo immediately.
SALARY: Rs. 60,000 - 70,000
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for international medical insurance clients.
- Address inquiries, provide policy information, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.
- Assist the sales team by providing technical support, market insights, and product knowledge to help secure and retain clients for international medical insurance.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to assess and evaluate insurance risks for international medical coverage, ensuring that policies are accurately priced and structured.
- Process and manage international medical insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
- Work closely with clients and claims adjusters to facilitate timely claims settlements.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the International Medical.
- Division to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Diploma/ Degree or an equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- Possess a minimum of 1 to 3 years of industry related experience.
- Basic IT skills are a must (Email, Internet, MS Office, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation and communication skills with good command of English, Sinhala, and Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management, and task prioritization skills.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a pleasing personality.
