One of our prestigious clients who is an Event Management Company in Dubai is looking for experienced "Project Executives" to join their Colombo team immediately.
SALARY: Rs. 120,000
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct Secondary research and collect contact details of decision-makers from the target market.
- Conduct outbound calls to international B2B prospects to promote our products/ services and generate sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the international sales team to develop strategies and enhance sales processes.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Prior International BPO/ Tele Calling experience is mandatory.
- Must have undergone International Voice/ Tone and Accent training in the past.
- Proven experience in B2B tele sales, preferably in an international environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
