SALARY: Rs. 150,000
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate the team effectively.
- Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil are vital for effective collaboration, negotiation, and presentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and foster a positive work environment is essential.
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and market needs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- A bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
- A master degree or professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience preferably in a similar industry or field is preferred.
- Experience in leading teams, overseeing operations, and achieving targets is valuable.
- Familiarity with the specific industry, market trends, and competitors is beneficial for making informed decisions and driving success.
- Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and technologies related to the job is required.
- Candidates with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets, implementing strategies, and achieving business growth are advantageous.
- Strong networking abilities and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals can be advantageous.
