One of our prestigious clients who is into "Travel & Tourism" is looking for experienced "Head of Marketing" to join their team immediately.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • 360 Degree conceptualization & development of strategic marketing campaign as well as campaign content.
  • Navigating a team comprising graphic designers, PPC & SEO specialists, & web developers to achieve the planned outcome of the marketing campaigns.
  • Planning, sourcing, & coordinating PR & media related campaigns & activities in the key markets of the organization.
  • Strategic content management, development, & distribution across different digital channels & platforms. E.g. social media calendars, blog, & vlog material, press releases, newsletters, & articles, conceptualized, EDM, etc.
  • Liaising with third party suppliers, resort partners, advertising, PR, & media agencies for joint marketing initiatives.
  • Initiating & conducting collaborator, influencer, & affiliate marketing activities.
  • Working closely with the sales department to execute tactical marketing campaigns to consistently reach targets.
  • Leveraging, monitoring, & enhancing the social media platforms for brand building, new opportunities, growth in the audience as well as meaningful lead generation.
  • Monitoring & quality analysis of all the marketing campaigns launched across all platforms to ensure the marketing team meets the KPI in relation to lead generation, brand image, brand awareness, credibility, & producing relevant ROI reports.
  • Working closely with the web development team for continuous improvements to the website based on evolving customer journeys.
  • Ability to transform the brand identity to one that revolved around sustainable tourism within the next quarter.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing & Communication or relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role & with similar responsibilities.
  • Travel & Tourism industry experience would be an added advantage.
  • A proven track record of implementing strategic 360 degree digital marketing & PR campaigns.
  • Understanding of the principles & instruments of sustainable tourism management skills.
  • Hands on experience with varied marketing related software & tools (Adwords, Google Analytics, Ads Manager).
  • In depth knowledge of SMM, SEM, & SEO, techniques, fundamentals, & trends.
  • Up to date with the latest trends & best practices in digital & traditional marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, networking abilities & teamwork.
  • Conceptualized creative writing skills both sales oriented & persona oriented.
  • Strong organizational, analytical & result driven thinking.
