One of our clients in Australia who is a growing "Technology Solutions" company is looking for experienced "Full Stack Developers" to join their team in Colombo immediately.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


The Full Stack Developer works closely with the Squad Lead and other members of the Technical Services teams to help deliver client projects based on the technical specifications that are provided.

  • Writing well designed, testable efficient codes using best software development practices.
  • Integrating data from various back-end services and databases.
  • Working closely with Business Analysts and Technical Leads to ensure a clear understanding and interpretation of the documented requirements.
  • Creating and maintaining software documentation. (Confluence)
  • Ensuring quality meets QA benchmarks.
  • Researching technical improvements as part of Continuous Improvement.
  • Monitoring and assisting with support issues and ensuring timely updates are provided to customers.
  • Providing proactive suggestions and best practice advice on technical decisions including solution architecture, development design patterns, code quality, performance and scalability.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


  •  Degree in a Quantitative discipline such as IT or Computer Science.
  •  Keen Knowledge in Node.js and Angular is mandatory.
  •  Knowledge in any other programming languages will be a plus.
  •  Experience working with Web API’s.
  •  Experience with tools such as git and package managers.
  •  SQL knowledge. (table design, complex query creation, query optimisation, best practices)
  •  AWS or Azure experience is desirable.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to directly communicate with clients overseas as required.
  •  Team player with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
  •  Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  •  Quick learner.
  •  Willingness to learn new technologies.
