QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


  • Proven experience in a help desk or other customer support roles is a must.
  • A good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.
  • Confident speaker and active listener with great interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.
  • Excellent organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strategic problem solver, and savvy team player.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
