One of our prestigious clients who is a leading "Software Engineering" company is looking for a "Senior Business Analyst" to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 300,000

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing new software solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications.
• Providing references for relevant parties by writing and maintaining user documentation and business logic documentation.
• Creating functional requirements in use cases, coordinating requirements and validating with stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
• Improving systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
• Bridging the gap between the project team and product owner.
• Contributing to the overall success of the team and company by maintaining and upgrading personal and professional technical knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration or Business Management.
• 5+ years of industry experience in a similar capacity.
• Good understanding of testing strategies and usability requirements for web applications.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to take responsibility and ownership of projects and communicate with product owners effectively.
• Hands on experience working on Agile projects would be an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good in documentation.
