Our client who is a leading IT solutions company based in Dubai is looking for competent "Sales Representatives" to work join their team in Colombo immediately.


SALARY: Negotiable


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • "Get the sale" using various customer sales methods. (Door-to-door, Cold calling, Presentations, Etc.)
  • Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Evaluate customers' skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets.
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
  • Maintain and expand the client databases within your assigned territory.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Sales/Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role.
  • Proven sales experience in IT/Software sales.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving targets.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
  • Professional appearance, self-confident, highly independent, assertive.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team player with exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
