Our client who is into "Architectural Engineering & Construction Business" based in Colombo, is looking for a skilled "Junior Quantity Surveyor" to join their team immediately!
SALARY: Negotiable
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant field. (Freshers welcome)
- Experience in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Experience in reviewing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts.
- Experience in preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of construction.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Analytical, critical thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
- Professional, self-confident, and team player with great interpersonal skills.
