Our client, a leading "IT Services & Solutions" company is looking for an experienced "Tech Lead" to join their team in Colombo immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- BSc degree in IT / Computer Science / Physical Science / Telecommunication or equivalent qualification with 5+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience working in Software Engineering in a similar capacity.
- Previous experience in finance domain and working with high traffic generating systems will be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Rest APIs, PostgreSQL, Angular/React.
- Hands on experience in AWS/GCP cloud environments and troubleshooting.
- Experience in CI (Continues Integration)
- Strong understanding of DBMSs.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and concepts.
- Understanding of secure programing and best practices.
- Good understanding on Scrum and Agile practices.
- Ability to learn other coding languages and technologies in a short time.
- Effective time-management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player, leader with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
