One of our prestigious Clients' who is a Multinational "IT Company" is looking for a competent "Customer Service Manager" to work in their Colombo office immediately.


SALARY: Rs. 50,000


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Your role as Customer Service Manager is to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Take specific initiatives to improve customer service while reducing bottlenecks and customer complaints.
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
  • Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Work closely with the business units and all stakeholders to uplift the service standards.
  • Adhere to and manage the approved budget.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate Sales / Customer Relationship Management.
  • Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Experience in providing customer service support.
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS-Office, CRM tools, Etc.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
  • Client service orientation and excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational, and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with an ability to multi-task.
  • Team player with proven leadership skills.
