Our client is a renown materials manufacturer for industries such as fashion, interior design, and vehicle upholstery products, and is looking for a dedicated "Accounts Assistant / Invoicing Clerk" to work in their Colombo office immediately.


SALARY: Negotiable


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


You will be mainly responsible for the preparation of invoices, raising supporting documents, and preparation of quotations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for assisting other day-to-day administrative operations and customer handling.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


  • Passed G.C.E. A/L and any other relevant qualification would be a definite advantage.
  • Previous working experience in a similar job role would be preferred.
  • Background in Accounting would be preferred.
  • Basic IT skills are a must. (Email, Internet, MS-Office, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, Sinhala.
  • Ability to follow confidentiality guidelines.
  • Time management and organizational skills, including the ability to efficiently multitask when necessary.
  • Team player with a pleasing personality.
