Our client is a reputed "Private Medical Health" company based in London, UK. They are looking for an experienced "Admin Assistant / Call Manager" with a particular focus on managing calls and inquiries to join their team in Colombo immediately!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Main Tasks:

  • Telephone and email inquiries. (Coming in from company website and chat-bot)
  • Booking, canceling, and rescheduling appointments.
  • Following up on clients with missed appointments.
  • Meeting client requests.

Additional Tasks (Occasional):

  • Booking meeting rooms and couriers.
  • Managing the delivery of clinical stock when required.
  • Assist with email marketing.
  • Assist with DNA and occupancy rate audit.
  • Assist Directors and Nurse Manager with HR.
  • Assisting Directors and other members of the team when needed.
  • Occasionally where time permits you may be asked to assist with small administrative projects within recruitment, finance, and marketing.
  • Office management.
  • Some minimal financial tasks. (Invoices, Refunds, Etc.)
  • Supporting our operations manager and standing in when she is absent.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


  • 2-3 years of experience working in a Customer Service and/or Administrative field.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Excellent command in both spoken & written English language.
  • Fluency in English and good phone etiquette are absolute musts for this role.
  • Strong IT skills. (MS Office, Database, etc.)
  • Good organization, coordination & time management skills.
  • Highly customer-oriented with the ability to build strong, working relations.
  • Motivated, ambitious, and adaptable (into an evolving administrative role).
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment.
