One of our prestigious Clients' who is a leading "Finance and Wealth Management" organization based in the UK, is looking for an experienced "Client Services & Investment Executive" to work in their Colombo office immediately.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide client support to all existing clients on all non-advisory matters ensuring company SLAs are met.
  • Management of client requests to enhance relationships and to ensure first-class client service provided.
  • Liaise with product and service providers to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Communicate clearly with all colleagues to ensure business goals are achieved.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage ad hoc and regular withdrawals. 
  • Lead on security trading assisted by colleagues where required. 
  • Assist in posting of documents including quarterly valuations to client portals.
  • Management of small client portfolios.
  • Provide admin support to Directors where required.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior client relationship manager including support with technical knowledge and direction throughout trading.
  • Contribute technical knowledge on UK products including pensions to the team where required.
  • Processing Corporate actions.
  • Communicate with external providers and platforms regarding ad hoc and regular requests pertaining to client matters and ensure that they are pushed to deliver fast turnarounds to satisfy internal SLAs
  • Action in-specie transfers inclusive of transfer of trustees for clients.
  • Make outbound calls to clients to chase the return of documents and acceptance of trading recommendations. 
  • Manage investment of monthly regular payments.
  • Ensure that the internal client database is kept updated and accurate.
  • Process paperwork and manage procedures for deceased clients.
  • Ad hoc tasks to support Directors including the research of investments funds using Bloomberg.
  • Produce portfolio analysis reports on external investment portfolios.
  • Create PDF client investment portfolios to issue to new clients. 
  • Collate quarterly research material.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


  • Degree in Business Administration/Development or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Client Relationship Services.
  • Experience in Finance, Investment & Wealth Management is required.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS-Office, CRM tools, Etc.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
  • Client service orientation and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate with judgment, diplomacy, and tact with clients from various backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational, and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with an ability to multi-task.
  • Team player with proven leadership skills.
