One of our prestigious Clients' who is a leading UK-based Offshore Service Provider is looking for energetic "Telesales Executives" to work in their Colombo office immediately.


SALARY: Rs. 30,000 - 50,000


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
  • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
  • Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience as a telesales executive or other sales/customer service role.
  • Experience calling companies based in the UK selling a mix of products or services will be preferred.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS-Office, CRM tools, Etc.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Good knowledge of telephone systems and proper phone etiquette.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Client service orientation and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Ability to be versatile and work on multiple campaigns which focus on different industries and products/services.
  • The ability to follow scripts.
  • Excellent organizational, and time management skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment.
