Our client who's based in Australia and a leading technology company in the "IT & Network Support Services" space, is looking for a competent "Customer Service & Admin Executive" to join their team immediately.


SALARY: Negotiable


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Contacting customers to discuss your company’s new services.
  • Recommending potential products and services to suit a customer’s needs.
  • Aligning and revising customer pricing as per product strategy.

  • Intake customer orders and service requests and ensure timely processing for order completion and service delivery.
  • Prepare and process orders for end-to-end provisioning, and update customer profiles as required.
  • Maintaining customer records by updating their account information.
  • Monitor orders and follow up with others on due dates and escalate when required.

  • Interfacing with various tools and systems as required.
  • Support customer complaints and queries and forward to relevant people as required.
  • Support the effective evolution and continuous improvement of our systems and processes.
  • Support monthly billing and settlements with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


  • Undergraduate degree, similar post-secondary degree, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2-3 years experience in a customer service delivery and operations environment.

  • Previous experience doing Data Network Provisioning work in a telco setting is a must.
  • Experience doing data collection and uploading to telco systems.
  • Switching, Routing, and Networking knowledge and experience are essential but no formal qualification is required.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Strong organizational skills complimented by a solid commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage and adapt to ambiguous situations.
