One of our prestigious Clients' who is into "International Healthcare" is looking for an experienced "Senior Guest Relations Officer" to work in their Colombo office immediately.


SALARY: Rs. 60,000 - 70,000


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Manage day-to-day activities of the Medical Centre as defined in the function below.

  • Overall responsibility of the team that he/she will be handling pertaining to operations.
  • Track and monitor employee training needs and related transactions.
  • Create management reports.
  • Assessing Problems.
  • The person will have approx. 2-6 direct reports & will manage a team size of approx. 10-15 employees.
  • Assign the duties and manage staff as per the agreed roster.
  • Monitor and Process applications and meeting the SLA’s.
  • Security-related issues to be reported as per company policy.
  • Training and implementation of new processes.
  • Monitor and Coordinate with TL’s and Accounts Department - end of the day cash handover to an accountant.
  • Ensuring compliance to prescribed systems as per the defined SLAs.
  • To work with the Value Added Services team in order to support maximum returns through optimum operational efficiency.
  • MIS (Attendance, Other Daily reports, Biometrics, etc.)
  • Adherence to SOPs.
  • Ensuring the data matches the application entries on a daily basis and generate reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


  • Partial/Full graduate with qualifiers in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role with a focus on customer service.
  • Medical service related background is a definite advantage.

  • Proficiency in the use of computers and basic IT skills. (Email, Internet, MS-Office, etc.)
  • Ability to quickly familiarize with customized software.
  • Good written and spoken skills in English & Arabic, with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM. (Typing speed might vary for an Arabic speaking country.)

  • Be an active listener and a customer service-oriented individual.
  • Excellent communication skills and pleasant phone mannerism.
  • Individual with a balanced personality and great interpersonal skills.
  • Relationship management skills.
  • Leadership in a multi-cultural/global organization at a supervisory level.
