# SALARY: (Depending on your proficiency in the given languages, your salary will be as follows.)

Experience: 1+ Years

  • Sinhala / Tamil: Rs. 30,000
  • English: Rs. 34,000
  • English + Sinhala: Rs. 41,000
  • English + Tamil: Rs. 40,000

Experience: 2+ Years

  • Sinhala / Tamil: Rs. 33,500
  • English: Rs. 38,000
  • English + Sinhala: Rs. 45,000
  • English + Tamil: Rs. 45,000

# RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels. (Calls, Chats, Emails, Etc.)
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Determine the best approach to providing a solution based on the issue and details provided, including walking the customer through the problem-solving process and solution.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues as needed.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ability to physically move and install equipment including but not limited to desktop PCs, monitors, laptops, desks, etc.
  • Knowledge of Android and Apple products. (Tablets, Smart Phones, Etc.)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional technical support.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • 1+ Years of experience working in Technical Support.
    Ability to translate technical details is a must.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Proficiency in IT. (Email, Internet, MS-Office, Remote Desktop.)
  • Comfortable supporting resources over the phone and remote control of desktop support; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Handle international customers.
  • Working Hours: Shift Based. (Day / Night)
