# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Social Media Specialist will work with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey. You will administer the creation and publishing of relevant, original, and high-quality content.

• Build and execute social media strategy.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content.
• Measure, and optimize campaigns to drive the traffic to generate leads.
• Manage brands and identity positioning across all social media channels.
• Driving performance marketing via SEO/SEM.
• Proposing other marketing solutions and executing SEO/SEM.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Digital Marketing / Content Management is a must.
• Experience within Social Media / Viral Marketing and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge and experience in basic graphic design concepts and applications is a must.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills including listening, assertiveness, decision making & relationship building.
• Willingness to learn and be able to pick up new skills quickly.
• Good attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Ability to find creative solutions for solving problems.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
