One of our prestigious Clients' who is a leading "Digital Gift Card Platform" is looking for "Support Engineers" to work for their Colombo office immediately.

# SALARY - NEGOTIABLE

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the development team and business operations team and attend to business operations requests.
  • Prepare business reports.
  • Monitor Server logs and take corrective / preventive actions where necessary.
  • Responsible for the implementation and execution of the support requests escalated from Business Operations.
  • Ensure assigned project related work is delivered on time.
  • Analyze system errors, alert patterns and propose new system features or changes.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Degree in IT or other related technical field.
  • 2+ years experience in a similar capacity. (preferably production system experience)
  • Strong SQL skills on Relational Databases like MySQL.
  • Hands on experience on issue tracking systems, AWS EC2 based Linux Servers, ELK, Remote and Collaborative communication tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work remotely when required and work in a 24x7 rotating roster.
