One of our prestigious Clients' who is into "International Healthcare" is looking for an "Operations Manager" to work in their Colombo office immediately.

# SALARY - Rs. 80,000 + 20,000 (Incentives)

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily functioning of the healthcare center.
• Maintain the integrity & stability of the healthcare facility.
• Supervise and evaluate the facility staff.
• Enforce policies that will benefit the safety & care of the patients and medical teams.
• Recognize trends in data and plan future projects.
• Maintain reports that convey daily logistics and be able to predict future logistical needs of the facility.
• Maintain adequate amounts of healthcare supplies and replace failing, outdated equipment.
• Maintain strong communication across medical & non-medical staff & managers to create an efficient work environment.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a 'Healthcare' setup.
• Have good communication skills in English and local languages.
• Be a good team leader with a smart & pleasant personality.
• Be a strong decision-maker able to resolve problems quickly.
• Be willing to travel internationally.
