One of our prestigious Clients' who is a leading "Educational Consultancy" for higher studies, is looking for "Business Development Executives" to work with them immediately.

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Major responsibilities include generating leads by identifying potential clients within the "Higher-Education" industry.
  • Visit higher-educational institutes, and meet with the management, marketing teams, and student enrollment counselors.
  • Confer with them regarding our services and how we can assist in fulfilling their student enrollment requirements and targets.
  • Maintain accurate and complete student records and client databases.
  • Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and counselor training workshops, in order to maintain and improve professional competence.
  • Conduct follow-up interviews with clients to determine if their needs have been met.
  • Prepare reports on students and activities as required by the administration.
  • Develop business plans, project plans, forecasts, timelines, financial objectives and priorities critical programs and elements necessary to achieve the sales and marketing objectives on a consistent basis.
  • Write marketing plans including strategic analysis, competition, positioning, and budget.
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Ability to embrace any other tasks given by management; to complete it with confidence and in a timely manner.


# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Have passed GCE A/L examinations.
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Development or a similar field is preferable.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role in the education industry.
  • Age between 25 - 32
  • Strong "Positive" thinking attitude.
  • A pleasing personality.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication & networking ability.
  • Good command of written & spoken, English & Sinhala.
  • Fluency in the Tamil language is an added advantage.
  • Should be comfortable to work in the field according to the plans.
