# REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record of successfully building deep relationships with customers.
- Strong social network presence and skills in social networking.
- Ability to quickly learn the new concepts in Networking Technologies.
- Must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Must have worked on projects of more than Rs. 50 Million per annum.
- Sheer enthusiasm of Information Security is the core requirement.
# EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- A Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Telecommunication / Network Engineering / Computer Science from a recognized University.
- Post graduate qualification in Information Security.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the field of Networking and Network Security.
- Hands on experience and knowledge on multi-vendor firewall/network security products. (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint)
- Network security related vendor certification such as PCNSE, NSE4/NSE7, CCSA/CCSPA will be a definite advantage.
- Knowledge and certification related in cloud security will be an added advantage.
- Extensive and comprehensive understanding on the concepts of IPSEC VPN/SSL/NAT/Dynamic routing/load balancing protocols/IPS/IDS and Next generation firewall concepts.
- Ability to identify and rectify given network troubleshooting scenarios. Candidate should be able to summarize the remediation steps taken and challenges faced.
- Should be a team player willing to share the knowledge with the team members.
- Ability to lead a team, train the customers and team members.
- Sound communication skills in verbal / written.
- Experience in working with OEM principles in order to sort out the challenges.
- Candidate should have the passion and dedication to complete the industrial certifications on time as requested by the company.
- Skills on managing customer calls, updating the customer and maintaining customer relationship is a must.
