# SALARY - Rs. 350,000 - 500,000

# REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record of successfully building deep relationships with customers.
  • Strong social network presence and skills in social networking.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
  • Must have closed Projects/Sales of more than Rs. 100 Million per annum.

# JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for ICT products and solutions selling.
  • Achieves satisfactory profitability and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
  • Evaluates periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Advise to the top management on sales expansion strategies.

# EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in any field or CIM/SLIM equivalent qualification in Sales and Marketing.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales including 7 years in Senior Management level.
  • Must have a proven track record.
  • Candidates from integrated IT solutions backgrounds and experience in handling large customers, with a solution selling mindset are encouraged to apply.
