# SALARY:  Rs 250K

# QUALIFICATIONS
* Degree or MSc in related field

# REQUIREMENTS
* 3-8 years experience in HVAC background
* Developing and maintaining relationships and building trust will be the key to success in this role
* Learning the Products we sell and the many ways we can provide solutions for our customers and help achieve their business goals
* Knowing our industry – our consultants are expected to integrate into local trade organizations and professional associations while striving to become part of the fabric of the industry within your territory
* Understanding the Business – you will be expected to work with Resource Center Managers within your territory to ensure our RC Centers are providing the highest level of service to our customers and meeting all of their needs
* Building and Maintaining meaningful relationships - spending quality time with our customers. At Tropic Supply, we do not measure the performance of our Consultants by the number of “visits” or appointments they set. We measure success by the quality of the interactions and relationships built with our customers
