One of our Indian prestigious Clients, who is the largest hospitality company is looking for “Business Development Managers”, to work in their respective locations as mentioned above immediately.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan oversee business development efforts for the company in assigned areas/clusters with a goal to onboard high-quality budget hotels on to company network
  • Identify new hotels that meet company standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner willingness etc. and pitch the company’s partnership proposal.
  • Negotiate the company’s commercial agreement with interested hotels and sign-up rooms
  • Strengthen the relationship with the existing hotel owners & other relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other teams in the company such as operations, marketing, pricing, customer support finance etc. to ensure smooth functioning of hotels on a day-to-day basis.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • 2-6 years of high quality in sales or business development
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure/negotiate large and complex business deals
  • Mature, professional and his ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients
  • A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing / Management or fully / part qualified SLIM qualification.
  • High degree of ownership, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude & willingness to get the task completed
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional setups requiring the candidate to collaborate with multiple teams locally as well as globally
  • Local market knowledge is a MUST
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage
  • Experience in early-stage startup environments preferred
  • Age Limit - 35

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be willing to relocate to the preferred location. Company does not bear relocation cost or compensate for accommodation.
  • Traveling within the given location can be reimbursed per the reimbursement policy
  • Mobile bills can be reimbursed as per the reimbursement policy
