# SALARY:  KD 700 (Avg Rs. 700,000) Benefits + housing allowance

# REQUIREMENTS:

• You will be responsible to function as the production head for all pastry and bakery products in all outlets, ensuring the contribution to the overall success of business, in accordance with the chain’s standards and goals.
• Oversee and involve in the kitchen operations, administration as well as financials.
• Someone who is strategic, has strong F&B product knowledge, and is comfortable with management and team interaction.
• Responsible for controlling food costs, managing the inventory, and purchasing.
• A strong leader, with excellent communication skills and ability to take initiative.
• Is creative, a good mentor, and focused on high service standards.
• Minimum 5 years work experience as Pastry Chef, or Executive Pastry Chef in larger operations.
