One of our clients in the UK who is into media and digital marketing is looking for experienced "SEO Specialists" to join their team immediately to work remotely from home in Sri Lanka.

SALARY:  Depend on the experience and skills of the applicant as below.

# 3 years of experience – LKR 150,000
# 6 years experience – LKR 350,000
# 10 years experience – LKR 500,000

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively set up and manage strategy for SEO to drive business value to our clients demonstrated through success criteria (KPIs).
• Developing and optimizing their client's search engine strategies across all markets.
• Performing regular and thorough keyword research.
• Setting measurable goals that demonstrate improvements in marketing efforts.
• Monitoring daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
• Communicating and collaborating with the wider marketing team to align goals.
• Should be able to create SEO reports, presentations, and documents to present to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Experience in increasing web traffic, rankings, and conversions from SEO activities
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Experience in Google Analytics and digital marketing
• Experience using SEO industry standard programs, tools, and technics.
• Experience working with a digital marketing agency is a must.
• Effective communication and presentation skills are a must.
• Experience in utilizing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and proactive and problem-solving.
• Able to work in a multi-disciplined team, flexible and approachable.
• Able to keep up to date with emerging technologies and marketing processes.
• Self-motivated and deadline-driven and project management skills.
