This is a paid internship program offered by Manpower Sri Lanka™, a subsidiary of Manpower Holdings™, a global leader in the human resources and knowledge processing industry. The program provides an opportunity to learn the basics of various areas of Creative Design, UI, UX, etc.

We encourage our interns to perceive their careers as a continuous long journey, embracing the numerous ongoing opportunities available. This might involve a lateral move to expand your exposure and deepen your experience or promotion with greater responsibilities.

Monthly Payment:  LKR 30,000 / Month + Other benefits.

The program is a full-time, on-site commitment lasting six to twelve months.

What will you be in learning & engaging:

• Basics of creative design, UI, and UX.
• Creating logos, brand identity, marketing materials, and interactive social media materials.
• Illustrations, creative formats, animations, and video content.
• Creative engineering, standards, and best practices.
• Creative design for material strategy, offline materials, and ad copies.
• Client communications and presentations.
• Design workflows, roadmaps, reporting, and project management systems.
• Accurate reporting daily and monthly for KPI.

Requirements / Eligibility:

• Diploma / HND / Degree in Arts / Visual Communications / Creative Design or any relevant fields.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Must have strong creative interests and skills.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Sketch, Adobe XD & Figma, AI Design, etc.
• Experience in After Effects, Premiere Pro, AI Video tools, etc.
• Very good attitude, team spirit, and open mindset.
• Time management skills.
