One of our prestigious clients in Maldives is looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of building systems and equipment while ensuring all facilities remain safe, clean and fully operational.

SALARY:

MVR 6,950.00 (Approx. LKR 147,000+)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify faults and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure all facilities are safe, clean and fully operational.
• Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, records and inventory of spare parts.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance of building infrastructure.
• Follow safety procedures and company regulations at all times.
• Report major technical faults and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed repairs.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed according to required standards.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant technical qualification or experience in maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general maintenance work.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician will be an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform technical and manual work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Responsible, hardworking and reliable attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
